Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026. This policy covers profyce.com and the phone numbers published on it.

What we collect when you visit

The web server records standard access logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. These logs are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. The site uses a caching plugin that may set a technical cookie to serve pages faster. We do not currently run advertising trackers or analytics scripts. If that changes, this page will say so.

What we collect when you call

The numbers on this site are tracking numbers operated by a third-party call-routing network. When you call, the network records the number you called from, the number you called, the time and length of the call, and may record the call itself for quality and billing. That information is shared with the service provider who takes your call and with Profyce so we can be paid for the referral. We do not sell call data.

Forms

This site has no contact forms. If you email us, we keep the email for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of the matter.

Who we share information with

  • The independent service provider your call is routed to.
  • The call-routing network that operates the tracking numbers.
  • Our web host and infrastructure providers, to the extent they process server logs.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Your choices

If you do not want a call recorded, do not call the tracking number; contact a provider directly instead. To ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion, email the address on the contact page.

Children

This site is for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes.
