These terms apply to your use of profyce.com. If we go on to work together, the written proposal or agreement we both sign governs that work, and it controls wherever it differs from what is written here.

What we do

Profyce provides web design, search engine optimization, paid advertising management, Google Business Profile management, content, and related marketing services to small businesses.

Pricing and quotes

Prices shown on this website are indicative and describe our standard packages. They are not an offer and they are not binding. Actual pricing depends on the scope of your project and is confirmed in a written proposal. We may change published pricing at any time.

Results

This one matters, so we will be direct about it. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, advertising costs, or revenue. Search engines and advertising platforms control their own algorithms, auctions, and policies, and they change them without notice. Anything we say about likely outcomes is a professional estimate based on experience, not a promise. Any case study, example, or past result on this site describes what happened for that client and is not a prediction of what will happen for you.

Your responsibilities

To do our work we need timely feedback, approvals, and access to the accounts involved. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any text, images, logos, claims, or other material you give us to publish, and for having the rights to use it. Delays in providing materials or approvals will move project timelines.

Third-party platforms and costs

Our services often depend on platforms we do not own, including Google, Meta, hosting providers, and domain registrars. Advertising spend paid to those platforms is separate from our fees unless your agreement says otherwise. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or price changes imposed by those platforms.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full for a project, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own underlying tools, templates, frameworks, and know-how, and we may reuse them. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

This website’s content

The text, design, and graphics on profyce.com are ours. You may view and share them, but please do not copy or republish them as your own.

Payment

Fees, deposits, billing schedule, and payment terms are set out in your proposal or agreement. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Ending an engagement

Either of us may end an engagement in line with the notice terms in the signed agreement. Work completed up to that point remains payable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific services in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
