Profyce (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds websites and runs marketing campaigns for small businesses in North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through profyce.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
Information you give us
The only information we collect directly is what you type into a quote or contact form on this site:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your business name (optional)
- The service and target city you selected (optional)
- The message you wrote
Along with each submission we record which page the form was sent from and the referring page, so we know which part of the site prompted you to reach out.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you, prepare a quote, and deliver the services you ask us for. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in this website’s own database and emailed to us so we see them promptly. Our email is hosted by our email provider, and this website is hosted on our web host’s servers. We keep inquiries for as long as we may need them for follow-up, ongoing work, or our business records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Tracking and cookies
This site does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recorders, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not use cookies to profile you or follow you across other websites. WordPress, the software this site runs on, may set functional cookies if you log in to the site or leave a comment; ordinary visitors browsing the site are not tracked.
Services we run for clients
When we manage advertising or listings on your behalf, we work inside third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and their own data practices, which we do not control. This policy covers profyce.com only.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@profyce.com and we will take care of it. If you have emailed or called us, you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
Children
This site is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
